Quiet yet powerful

This is a great garbage disposal, it™€™s powerful and smooth yet quiet. It sized the same as my old 1/4 horsepower disposal I replaced so it packs a punch while not taking up too much space. I threw whole strawberries and other items in there just to test it and it handled it with ease.

Easy, clean and quiet!

This is the first new disposal I™€™ve had in about 15 years and let me just say how great this is!  Installation was very easy but you do need to read the directions.   Can™€™t believe how quiet it is!  And there™€™s no need to buy an expensive switch like the old models. Just push down on the drain stopper and it comes on.  Makes it extremely safe.  BigBang for the buck!

Very quiet, easy to install, disposer that quickly grinds up food waste. Only complaint is same as another reviewer...the holes in the splash guard are so small my sink begins to fill with water and I have to use a utensil to manually open the splash guard to allow the water to drain. I may jus remove the splash guard entirely. Frustrating, as it's otherwise an excellent appliance

Water does not drain easily

The disposer is quite and does a good job grinding and disposing food. The problem is the flanged rubber gasket between your sink and the working parts of the disposer. It holds the water in my sink. I need to actually push down on the rubber part to get the water down. It is almost as though there is air trapped preventing water from draining into the disposer. My sink will fill with and inch or two of water and slowly drain. If their water is greasy, then you have a mess in your sink. It would seem an easy fix with an improved drain spash guard.
