We™€™ve had microwave for almost 3 weeks and it broke on us. While it wasn™€™t being used we heard a loud pop and the glass shattered melted and shattered. Getting ahold of customer service took forever and we have been waiting for a week now to get an answer on when they™€™ll replace the microwave.

Weak Power & Convection didn't work

Microwave power is weak. Takes twice as long to heat something than our previous one did. The convection didn't work. Circuit board replacement didn't fix it, getting new microwave. Design is nice and we like how the door opens easily. Another issue with it is that you can't customize settings for quick entry to cook items.

There are so many microwave ovens on the market, but I am so glad that I decided on this Frigidaire with convection. I have always wanted a second oven and this is perfect and will be especially handy during the holidays. It has already been used several times in the few weeks we have had it. The over the range lights thankfully are bright which was an issue with the previous microwave. It's important to me to be able to see what's cooking on the range. And the blower works well and has 3 settings. The microwave has several handy setting and all are located along the bottom of the door. The sleek black modern look is beautiful! All in all, I love it!

Microwave very good. Convection and exhaust fan not so good.

The microwave works fine. The convection function never seems hot enough to cook anything. The vents for the exhaust fan are located in the BACK of the unit, directly above the smallest burners on the stove below. I don't fry hamburgers or stir fry in a wok on the BACK burners. The front burners are larger and more powerful but the exhaust only pulls about 1/2 the steam from them. The other half goes right up on my white cabinets. I can't imagine why the lights were put in the front and the vents were put in the BACK. I am very disappointed!

Even the inside of the microwave looks amazing with its diamond back. Convection baking was a breeze! The warming setting was a live saver with all of my Thanksgiving dishes. A weaker microwave with excellent design

First and foremost, I am a little disappointed with the power output of this microwave. For example, it takes 2:30 to heat up a cup of water for tea, as compared to other microwaves' 1:30 to 2:00. That being said...This microwave has an excellent design, and I find myself liking the convection option. Both the convection and combination cook options take a little more time than the manual says, but they've cooked chicken and pheasant breast very well for me. This microwave is spacious, too, especially for an OTR. I like the multiple rack option. The controls being at the bottom are nice, and the multiple fan speeds, light settings, and beep volume settings (especially the mute) are nice. If you think you'd like the ability to convection cook (better than heating up the whole stove oven to roast a single chicken breast), then I'd say go for the convection model. Be warned that the power output is a little weak.
