I love the size and so far so good with keeping things cold. The bottom rear panel was damaged in shipping and waiting on the new part, but that™™s not the fault of the manufacturer, they put the dolly in the rear which instructions say not to do.

So far, so good. This Frigidaire is a step up from our previous LG, and that™™s saying something considering this is not in the luxury category. It chills great, responds to controls, which are easy to navigate. It™™s quiet, has a smart and adjustable interior design. Holds a good amount for 20 cubic feet. I sometimes wish there was a bottom freezer option for this one, but for the price, we feel good about it.

This refrigerator is attractive, it keeps our frozen food frozen and our refrigerator food cold. Had to get familiar with the "sabbath" setting because we sometimes accidently it the controls at the top of the first shelf in the refrigerator but finally figured out how to get it out of "sabbath". It does make light noise when the doors are opened, when the filter needs replaced, and that is somewhat hard to figure out as I have not found what the dings mean anywhere on line or in the papers with it. You can add a ice maker but I don't want one. Anyway, I love it!

First few weeks have been glitch free. Installation and setup was simple and straightforward. Sabbath mode was simple and performed as advertised. Temperature in fridge and freezer are rock solid using recommended setting. Ver satisfied.

Very nice refrigerator. There is plenty of room, large door shelves, and I like the three drawers (2 crispers and one long deli). It is quiet and fits nicely into the limited space in my kitchen. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints which is a big plus! The only negative is that it came with no ice cube trays (we didn't get the automatic ice maker). Luckily, I saved the trays and ice bin from my pervious refrigerator.

I bought this new fridge as part of a package deal that I couldn't resist. The fridge works well, is quiet, keeps the food cold, has lights in both fridge and freezer sections, and otherwise does the job. I'd prefer to write this review after 5 or 10 years when I can speak to its reliability, but so far so good.

Sharp looking refrigerator. I like that the freezer has a light. The large dairy drawer is nice but I think I prefer having a separate butter area. You really should use both hands to pull out the dairy drawer since it can become fairly heavy. The crisper drawers need to be a bit longer to accommodate large stalks of celery. Both the freezer and refrigerator areas keep everything at the correct temperature.

Total junk, got it new in October from day one had issues, electric boards replaced twice, compressor failure, out of a fridge for two weeks all my food had to go in the trash. It™™s still under warranty and all I get from Frigidaire is a run around. All I want is a refund or a new replacement fridge. They can™™t even get back to me, but on here they™™ll want me to contact them to look helpful they have my number. They just don™™t care about customers being happy. Complete failure for customer service.

Does what it is supposed to. Convenient and large freezer compartment. Stooping to use bottom part of refrigerator is a bit bothersome. The door shelves are really large and get lots of use. Looks sleek and modern. Finish is beautiful.

Just received my new refrigerator about a week ago give or take. It looks very good and seems to keep my ice cream more solid than my old 30 yr old refrigerator. I have a very small space for a refrigerator so I was happy to find one that would fit my given area. I was also very happy that the handles are enclosed in the unit which also helped with the space problem.

Looks great and works good. Cools and freezes food fast. Plenty off space in the freezer and the refrigerator. Especially like the deli drawer and crisper drawers. Like the fact you can put your gallon jugs of milk and water on the door shelf.

Second fridge purchase in 4 years so was hesitant to go with the same brand but so far, so good! Like the set up with shelves and drawers, especially the long deli drawer and side doors can be doubled up with items. Quieter than our last one. Would recommend!

It is impossible to reach a customer care representative either by phone or online chat. They keep you holding for up to one hour. Obviously reflects the poor quality of their appliances. I needed someone to come to check out my 2 day old Frigidaire that was building frost in my freezer. When I finally reached a person, they supposedly scheduled a service call for today between 12 and 5. No one showed up and no one called. When i tried to reach the service provider, they were nowhere online for a contact number.

Nice Refrigerator with loads of food storage. This is a 20 Cu Ft Refrigerator that fits in the space of an 18 Cu Ft Refrigerator. Much narrower and shorter than older 20 Cu Ft Refrigerators but loaded with space. The LED Light in the Freezer is an extra benefit. The Refrigerator area also has a LED Light. The Stainless Steel exterior is "Smudge Proof" so you won't be continually wiping finger prints off the exterior. The top Freezer has separate controls to control temperature from the bottom Refrigerator which has it's own temperature controls. The Refrigerator also has a fresh air filter to capture normal Refrigerator smells that may build up which should be changed every six months.When Home Depot delivered and setup our new Frigidaire they set the Freezer and Refrigerator temperatures to the Factory Recommended settings. The Factory Recommended Freezer setting was right on. We only had to take the Refrigerator Recommended temperature up one notch after the total Refrigerator stabilized at temperature for 24 hours. Now the Refrigerator temperature is more to our liking.Once you get used to the Automatic Door Closer feature on this Refrigerator, for both the Freezer and Refrigerator doors, you won't have many cases of the doors being slammed shut.Very nice addition to our other Stainless Steel Appliances.

Looks really great next to the stove and dishwasher which are all from the gallery collection. First time in my life all of our appliances have matched. sharp looking appliances. The Frigidaire freezes ice faster than the other Refrigerator we had. A tab smaller than our other Frig but we have adjusted well and everything we need is getting cooled. very hapy

Purchased in May 2023. Stopped working June 2024 (one month after warranty expired). Compressor and some controls malfunctioned. One week for first service visit. Two more weeks for parts. This has been a bad experience and I will not purchase a Frigidare refrigerator again. I do have a stove and microwave that are great.

We had to hurriedly replace our refrigerator and this model was the right size and could be delivered from our local retailer immediately. If I had 100 refrigerators to chose from this would be my choice! It fit the measurements for the opening, but has 2 more cu. ft of storage and the drawer and shelf arrangement makes it seem like even more. The tall bottom shelf on the door holds everything I had to lay sideways on a shelf in the old one. The top shelf is perfect for gallons of milk. The deli drawer makes so much sense. The freezer is visually perfect to find items. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. The only issue we had was kids slamming the bottom door and popping open the top. A $5 easy open freezer lock from Amazon solved that situation and we don't have to scream, is the freezer closed anymore, lol.

Everything is kept cold at the recommended settings. I really like the no handles on the doors and the fact that the doors will not close when you are putting items in the appliance. Sale price being about 1/3 off was very good as well.

When it was time to replace our current refrigerator we reviewed several manufacturers. We chose Frigidaire. Its outside appearance is elegant and functional. The handle placement protects the exterior finish and limits fingermarks on the stainless steel models. The use of LED lighting makes it easier to find food and reduces the need to replace bulbs. The large storage drawers are very welcome. The storage area in the door shelves are more useful and functional than our old unit. Finally, this appliance runs much quieter. We are happy with our purchase.

The appliance did not come with a complete owners manual. I ended up having to call and wait for a representative for 45 minutes. She was kind enough to email the manual to me. With the manual, I was able to solve the two problems I had with my new appliance rather quickly.Had it been included, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration. The delivery guys were nice enough. English was their second language, which was a barrier when it came to me explaining where they should park. It all worked out in the end.

We have only had our top freezer model for 3 days and it looks sharp with the Stainless Steel finish unfortunately it shows ALL THE SMUDGES.But it is very QUIET compared to my old one.The doors don™™t naturally close shut by themselves so I need to make sure they are closed. I saw the installer balance it, so we™™ll see how that plays out.Has A lot of room inside.Why we didn™™t get the full owners manual compared to what was on Frigidaire web site and by accident found out that it has an air filter you can buy as an option.Had to purchase a $17 kit with filter which they should have included.Also, we don™™t need an automatic ice maker.Just more things to go wrong. (And they do)They couldn™™t include an ice tray or two?After reading some of the disasters that people have gone through with some of their purchases, my fingers and toes are crossed because they got nowhere with Frigidaire and their warranty service providers.Will give an update in a few months.
