1 1/2 year old laundry center washer has ruined transmission and loose berings. Frigidaire will not support their product though repair technician they recommended says the problems are defects and Frigidaire should fix.Terrible customer service when I called to report what their technician said. No satisfaction from them.I will never buy another product from Frigidaire.

Bought new, broke down right at the year mark......however when it was originally purchased it was delivered with a football sized dent in it. So 3.5 weeks later, the new one arrives. So we had the washer/dryer for less than 11 months. I have been on the phone with them 5 times, but Frigidaire refuses to replace it. But like they tell me every call, I can still purchase the extended warranty for $300 and have them come try to fix it for the 6th time. I will never buy or refer another Frigidaire or anything made by Electrolux to ANYONE. I just wasted $1,700.

I really like my washer/dryer. The only issue I have is the drum is so deep that I cannot reach the bottom but I have figured out how to reach the wet clothes. This is the second stackable washer/dryer of this style that I have purchased.

its a terrible set. doesnt wash or dry thoroughly. loud. does not fit bedding. its awful. And Ive never complained a washer and dryer in my life.

Love it, it works good and can handle big loads. It saved me so much room. The only thing it doesn't have is a rinse cup for fabric softener. I think it was a great purchase.

I have only had this for a couple of weeks, so far so good. It cleans well and I like having multiple wash cycles. My only complaint is the dryer is a bit noisy.

Dryer never worked from day 1. Technician replaced 3 parts still found motor to be messed up. Said to use it because can™™t hurt it while waiting on motor. Also add that it was not greased from factory. So tried washer for first time and it leaked. No cosmetic damage from delivery just a piece of junk.

I "Love" my new stackable washer and dryer combo. It is small enough for 2 people. As I get older it is easier for me to get the clothes from the dryer above and not have to bend down all the time with a bad back.

some of the clothes do not even get wet, leaves dry spots & heavily soiled have had to be washed 2nd & sometimes 3rd time even on right cycle. repair person messed up spinning when he came & took off part over pulley that I believe is supposed to be on it & said he would be back next week. after he left I went on to wash the load he was using to check & it did the same thing, dry spots everywhere on clothing like it didn't even get wet & now I have a super super super loud spinning cycle like he messed up something with washer drum. this laundry center is less than a year old. I would add video of loud spinning but I don't have u-tube

I've had very little problems with this washer and dryer set. They both easily fit my queen size comforter, with room to spare! I also like the feature that senses the load being off balance, and alerts you of it. I've had a little bit of trouble leveling the washer and dryer with my very uneven floor, but other than that, it has worked wonderfully!

Quite possibly the worst washer/dryer on the market. I've had it for only two months and it's stopped working. Drum fills with water, and the agitator spins once before everything just stops. Can't even wash a small load without it shutting down. Clothes easily tangle around the agitator, I cannot find the coin trap for the washer, the lid take an excessive amount of time to unlock. I'm frustrated because I'm not sure how to fix any of the problems I'm experiencing with the washer.

For the price this should be a better product. It™™s almost impossible to wash bedding because of the load balancing error. We have worked with support and can only manage to wash 2 twin sheets or 1 king at a time. Still great to have the all-in-one laundry center but frustrating when the errors start. All comforters have to be sent to the laundry mat which is a cost we hoped this would eliminate.

We ordered several appliances at the same time for a new house. The washer/dryer laundry center was the best purchase of them all. It is small and fits in a tight space, but also get the clothes really clean, much better than the larger machine we had at our last place. We love this.

Struggling to figure out water load levels and actual time for a cycle to complete. Washer is fairly quiet and fit well ito MySpace however it should have an optional side vent for the dryer. Trying to figure out why initial water fill turns on and off at the beginning of the load. That is a bit noisy!

We got the new model because our old Frigidaire two in one finally had to be replaced. The older model had a front load washer. It was a reliable work horse everyday use machine. The new one seems to be just as capable, and the updated features are an added bonus. The ability to control temp of water and dry cycles has been great. The added presets have been wonderful as well. Only down side has been the dryer doesn™™t always get everything as dry as it should. Additionally, the new top load door has been a little awkward to use with bulky items and getting things out. Other than that, it has been a great replacement.

This appliance is a good size and works well for my needs. The only exception that the openings on the underside of the dryer door collect lint that then falls out on the floor when you open the door - major design flaw IMO - is there an option to install lint catchers in these areas too?

The capacity is great, we stepped up from the smaller version when we switched over to washable rugs. Does a great job, lots of different settings.The only thing I find lacking is the lint filter, if my unit is not malfunctioning then the design could be better. I have to clean around the door opening and the under the entire rubber casket on the door after almost every load, loads with towels, blankets, etc leave a lot of lint outside of the actual screen screen.
