It is an upgrade from old fridge. I wish it had more flexibility in shelf height settings, there's some wasted space due to constraints. Also, it would benefit from one more slim drawer that we used in the old one to store coldcuts, etc. Also, the freezer could use a shelf above the ice maker. One other thing I find I'm not in love with is the controls on the side of the freezer door. I think it is too easy to bump those and change settings unintentionally. Overall though, it is a good lookiing fridge, and runs quietly. We haven't received a power bill yet since the upgrade, but I am sure that it will make a difference compared to the old one.

Overall we are satisfied with this unit. VERY disappointed that it doesn™™t dispense cold water. Never seen an in door dispenser that didn™™t supply cold water! In fact the water is actually warmer than the tap! Also the wrinkle finish to hide fingerprints should be on the doors instead of the sides. This is backwards.

We have owned this refrigerator for a little over a year. There have been several issues that the repair people haven't been able to correct. When it was installed the ice maker was very loud when dumping ice into the hopper. It sounded like a squeaky hinge in a haunted house. The repairman replaced the ice maker and the noise problem was solved. However the quantity of ice made seems to be decreased. At this time we noticed that the temperature in both compartments was now running higher than before. To get the freezer temperature in the range of -5 to 0, you now have to set the freezer control to the coldest setting. To get the refrigerator side in the range of 39-40 degrees the refrigerator control has to be set 1 to 2 positions below normal. Is this normal? What should I expect it to be? Indoor temperature ranges from 73-75 degrees. The repair service has been out three times since replacing the ice maker and the temperature control board with no improvement.I hope to hear from someone from Frigidaire before we buy another brand.

We really like our fridge, it has a ton of space and is very large. We like the fact that we can change up the shelf placement and it has an ice maker and water dispenser. Both the fridge and freezer provide plenty of room!

I loke everything about the refrigerator, except that it's very difficult to adjust the door and the refrigerator side needs to be on the highest setting to stay cold enough.

Good price. Just looking for a basic frig that will last more than 7 years. 4 stars instead of 5 because the shelves need more levels of adjustment and even a basic frig needs a light for the ice and water dispenser. Overall I would buy it again.

We have owned this unit for 1 year and 1 month. My general comments are there is a ton of wasted space in the refrigerator side because of the fixed shelves and too few of them requiring stacking containers and food. Lighting is poor in both sides. The ice maker is so loud it scares guests who are not sure what it is. The doors are constantly smudged and finger printed. Now after the warranty has expired by one month the unit started making a loud noise sounding much like a leaf blower. Turns out that the ice maker water inlet channel is freezing and causing water to spill on top of the evaporator fan. The water freezes and the fan blades hit the ice. This is a serious design flaw in my opinion. Why they would use a open channel instead of a tube like the 15 year old Frigidaire this unit replaced is poor design in my opinion. We are really disappointed in this refrigerator after such a good experience with it's predecessor.

I bought this model on a whim when it was on sale. My old refrigerator was pushing the end of its lifetime and was only a matter of time before it failed. This refrigerator is perfect for what I need and has plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer. The ice maker and cold water are great. Rearranging the shelves was easy, but definitely read the instruction manual before trying to move them, as there is some angling to get them to move properly. Solid model and a good experience so far.

Frigidaire refrigerator had a major malfunction in freezer section in 1 year and 5 days after purchase. Even though we PURCHASED an extended warranty, the Frigidaire warranty representative refused to honor the warranty. She also refused to transfer me to a representative in the United States. After an extensive discussion she conceded to arrange for a technician but it would take a week and I would have to take off work. There was no help or sympathy that our refrigerator sounded like it was going to explode, showing dangerous heat warnings and not cooling. That™™s in addition to us having to put our food into coolers. I have never in my life received such bad customer service with absolutely no care or consideration for our plight. I would not have bought an extended warranty if I knew Frigidaire would not honor it. Plus, there was no regard that their product had such a serious malfunction in just a year! Astounding! Also, the representative would not transfer me to anyone else and said we could not talk to a supervisor unless we wanted to wait for hours.
