My first washer/dryer set from Electrolux was amazing. A little over a year ago, my washer finally went bad. It had lasted over 8 years, and though I wished it had made it longer, I also couldn't complain too much knowing how many clothes I was weekly. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a new washer at that time, so I bought a different brand that was about half the cost of a new Electrolux. Less than a year later, my "new" washer went bad and would no longer work, the issue was a non-warranty issue (surprised?). Needless to say, I didn't end up saving money by downgrading to a different brand. I ordered a new washer from Electrolux and confidently know I am getting a great appliance again. Even the team that came and installed it (non Electrolux employees) told me that the brand I had was known to be bad as was many others, but that I was getting a great product with what I purchased!

I ordered a pedestal. I changed my mind after looking at reviews. I called and canceled the order on 1/9/25. The delivery company sent me an email after this. I chatted with a representative and again asked for my order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded. I called again on 1/21/25/ and asked why my card had not been credited and they said the shipping company has not returned the item(they arranged shipping) and they would not refund my card. This is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again. They used to be a good company.

Ordered pedestal. Cancelled order after reading reviews. Shipping company emailed me they were contacting me about delivery. Contact Electrolux again. Told it was cancelled and they would credit my card. Ten days later contacted them again. Refused to credit my refund. Shipping company called wanting to schedule a pick up. I told them I never received and she said it was in there warehouse. Terrible customer service!

Smooth operation. Great surface material easily cleans. However, each pedestal has slots indicating space dividers would have been included but none came with the delivery. Should there have been? And if yes, how do I obtain these dividers? I used same in my older W/D set and much prefer to have them with my new set.

Our new front load washer and dryer were installed on pedestals in the titanium color. The installer was a little baffled in that the washer and dryer had to be installed with the brackets in different places, but once he figured it out, all good. He did not do a good job leveling the washer, so I did it myself in about 10 minutes, no problem. Looks very nice!

Negative experience on order placement, wrong appliance delivery, open box issues, delivery dates mix ups, refund issue and no one from management responds, issue escalation does not exist. Feel bad for customers service reps to take heat for irresponsible management. Electrolux should be condemned and sued for not honoring customers time . Proper incentives and reimbursement should be given to customer inconveniences, missing work , days off due to schedule installation . $50-75 credit does not justify for wages lost. Service should be like Amazon prime. Refund for wrong item took over 58 day. Everyone points ed out to policies- refund can not be processed until receipt if old appliance is submitted by installer.?? Just bizarre nightmare I went thru. Original order place September 29 and final delivery & installed on 11/19 and took 5-6 times scheduled & failed delivery. This is NOT at all reasonable and my time is worth way more than the value of washer & dryer w pedestal together.

Our Electrolux washer is nearly my favorite thing ever, however, it is very short and bending down to pull out clothes is really difficult. We had built an in-place pedestal at our old home, but moving to our new home, remembered exactly why we had done so. This time we decided to splurge on the Electrolux pedestals (which are VERY tall - 15") and now that they are installed, my laundry reach is no longer an issue

We didn't originally order these when purchasing the Washer and Dryer, but after talking to a few other people decided to get them and so glad we did. Makes the washer and dryer much easier to get into and provides a lot of extra storage which removed much of the clutter in the laundry room.

I have always had a top loader washing machine and overall didn™™t want a front loader. But since I decided to purchase a front loader washer and dryer I am in love with how easy it is to use. Also how much amount of clothes it actually can hold. I love that I can adjust the doors to my comfort of use. I like that the dryer does not over dry your clothes, it is just the right amount of heat. Ian glad I purchased this brand.

At first we only purchased the washer and dryer. After about 2 weeks, I realized that the bending and stooping was hurting my back and legs. That™™s when I told hubby we™™ve got to get the pedestals. Doors are off center. Small items get caught between the door and rubber seal on washer. Dryer link catcher is too complicated - hard to clean is likely to break. Pedestals are too flimsy and probably will be prone to breaking. All these are super EZ to re-engineer - I™™m happy to advise. PLS take constructively - we love Electrolux and hope these will serve your company well in defending the brand and capturing the US market. Biggest criticism - manuals use such tinny font that there 100% useless (no by in our household uses glasses and yet nobody could read these without a magnifying glass) and online it ODF manual were very hard to find. Suggest Electrolux spends few more pennies and print it properly or don™™t bother and just provide a QR that takes you straight to the manuals.

I like the height that it lifts the washer and dryer. The drawers are very spacious. I have noticed that it tends to come open at the end of a wash cycle all by itself. Not a big deal though and there may be an adjustment that could be made. I just haven't looked into it yet.

LOVE new washer/Dryer! But, although nice, The two men who delivered and installed them had to read instructions to put them together. The machines are not seated on the pedestal stands correctly and only one of four screws was used to connect them. The washer is set up taller than the dryer because of the way it is sitting on the pedestal stand. They were placed close to where they are supposed to be, but the cords/vent hose on the back are too short to put them back in the correct position. My husband asked about switching them and having the dryer on the left side, but they didn™™t know you could change the direction the doors open. He just let them leave them as is and as soon as my husband™s arm is healed from his surgery, we are going to install them correctly ourselves. I™™m loving the quality, color and all of the strings on the washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend buying the set!

I am very pleased with the Pedestal Storage Drawers. Large enough for all the laundry detergents and miscellaneous items. Very easy to put together however a two person project. It was very easy to order the correct item on the website. The order was delivered in a week was very convenient. The gentlemen who delivered the items were very nice and helpful.
