Love my new LG dryer

I bought this dryer to replace an old super-basic one with few options. It works great but its a bit intimidating. The control panel is loaded with options but is difficult to understand and use. So I downloaded the LG ThinQ app and use that instead which is way easier though the setup was difficult and required a hard restart of the onboard computer to get it to link with my wifi. But now that I have everything linked and set as I like its great

I would give them a 5 except I am still unable to connect my dryer to the app and have had zero luck getting help to sort out the problem. Service representation is lacking. The AI bots keep me running in circles. The actual use of the washer and dryer and their features are great.

The best dryer I have ever used

When moving to my new house I needed to buy dryer. Costco was offering Memorial Day discount and the house had provisions for electric dryer so bought these. Almost two weeks that I have been using this and I must say am very happy. Drying noise is less and time is also less. I somehow did not need to use dryer sheets. Highly recommend this product from LG.
