Terrible lack of quality. A few months out of warranty the magnetron has died. Also as evaluated by a service tech several other things are failing in the electronics.

Microwave has worked well since we purchased and had professionally installed. Unfortunately last year the digital clock screen started flickering and recently it has become unreadable. We have contacted support but they only told us to unplug the microwave and it did not fix the issue. Only need a replacement digital clock screen but they are telling us we need to pay for a technician to dispatch which is more than the total cost of the original microwave. There must be a better solution

The panel on my microwave quit working properly in less than a year however the repairman service scheduled an appointment within a few days and Brian the service tech was able to repair in no time. He was professional accommodating and took pride in his work.

Days before the warranty ran out my LG microwave died completely. LG customer service sent representatives from A-Fix to repair it in my home. After two hours they indicated it had to go to the shop for repair and left with my microwave. Several days later they show up saying parts were ordered and they were here to reinstall my microwave.
Where were the parts that were sent to you? I had no parts so they went away. I had no idea parts were ordered or that parts were going to be sent to me Parts were reordered installed. My microwave does not work as it originally did...the turntable is very slow the light inside is barely visible and I dont believe it cooks as fast as it used to. I mentioned this to the repairman he indicated that as long as the microwave was running thats all that could be done. Needless to say I am unhappy. Hence the rating of poor. Customer Service was less than helpful throughout this ordeal and it took over six weeks to get my microwave repaired.

Im very happy with this microwave. It has features that Ive never had on other microwaves and I like them. I was surprised that it doesnt have a timer button but I can live with that. All in all its been an excellent purchase and I trust it will last us a long time.

No timer on the microwave and that seems like a basic feature. The light is really hot and seems cheap. I wish we had done a bit more research but didnt things like a timer would be an issue.

We have had this microwave for about 7 months. The display is flickering and needs to be replaced. I registered this product when new but the customer service people couldnt find it. That was a hassle but now they are going to fix. Was a good price but doesnt have features that are important to us-you cannot stop the turntable which its important when you microwave large things also the light for the stove only has one setting not 2 and also the display cannot be seen from the sides as it is deeper into the product.

Microwave works fine but there is no timer you can set to time other dishes you are making on th cook top. Have never seen a microwave without a timer.

The display on my new LG Microwave was not displaying correctly in the idle mode. It still worked however there was no way to display the time that had been shown. I called LG and spoke to a representative who scheduled my appointment within a few days. Brian the technician showed up on time and was dressed professionally along with driving a van that had LG displayed which gave immediate credibility. He repaired it by installing a new display and tested it to ensure everything worked appropriately. Fortunately the microwave was still under warranty. Overall it was a very positive and pleasant experience. All of my appliances are LG and I am very pleased with the oven and refrigerator. Highly recommend

I bought and had this microwave installed May 2 2024. On May 9th while using it a siren type noise sounded and it lost all power. LG dragged its feet for 7 weeks trying to find someone in my area to repair it. They were unsuccessful in finding a repairman instead they wanted to replace it instead of just redunding my money. If you dont have repair people why would I want something else that can break. The cost would be higher to repair it anyway. Just bad business practices I will never buy another LG.

Bought this particular model because it offered outdoor venting. The functionality of the oven certainly covers the basics. The exhaust fan appears to be powerful enough with 2 settings. We find the downward light to be lacking. The amount of light is sad definitely needing two lights. Our digital display where the clock displays starting strobing just 5 months after being put into service. First one character was strobing then two. Were currently in the process of having the touch panel replaced. So maybe not a good sign of quality? Time will tell.

Had this microwave for a little over 2 year and the led display numbers blink or dont work making it hard to read the time or see how much time is left. Really unhappy with this product and it didnt last long.

Works as far as heating up food however after 6 months of use the clock face began to pulsate and had to be replaced. LG did fix free of charge even though warranty was up as I did not call in time. Thank you.

LG appliances are garbage we have went through an entire kitchens worth fridge oven microwave and dishwasher in less than 5 years. Dishwasher leaked and cost our insurance company almost 20k in repairs. All the appliances stopped working and to the point the extended warranty company sent our money back and told us to get as far away from LG as we could. Well we decided to replace the LG microwave that went out with another just for ease of installation welp a year into it the display has went out.

I have had this microwave for about 6 months. I bought it in part because of reviews which stated it was quiet but from first use it was the loudest microwave I have ever owned. I thought it was just loud and decided to live with it but now after 6 months it flickers on and off when running. You press start and it starts cooking then the plate stops and starts the internal light goes on and off and the cooking starts and stops resulting in a random amount of heating- not good.
Now I realize the initial loud sounds were abnormal and indicative of a defective unit.

I bought this a momth ago and am overall kind of pleased with it. The price was right. However there are a few features to which I wish I had paid closer attention such as the fact it has no timer. Its the first microwave I have owned without a timer. Still it works was easy to install and was priced right.

The install was easy worked great for a while but a poor design on the handle. Broke off within 6 months of installing. Because the pieces inside the door handle are plastic and the microwave sits above the stove the plastic melted off and handle broke off just months after installing.

I bought a microwave online directly through your website on Feb 23 and it still has not been delivered after over a month It was supposed to be here March 12. I am shocked at how bad LG customer service I have had zero response about the location of the microwave and why it is taking so long. I was required to buy the same microwave LG since it fits into the spot in our kitchen however extremely disappointed with the last one we had that it broke after less than 3 years of use. When we called to try to get some help the customer service rep confirmed with us that theres no way. It shouldve broken that early and said that we should get a replacement however LG offered us nothing but 15 off a new one. Do yourself a favor and buy your products wlsewhere

I bought this in April of 2022. I had to replace it in February of 2024. The magnetron would turn off along with the interior light and turntable about a minute after starting the unit. A repairman looked at it and diagnosed it as an overheating magnetron which also cause a flickering display on the control panel due to the excessive heat from the magnetron. Estimated cost to repair was three times the original cost of the unit.
