i purchased this range a two weeks ago and 2 days after it was delivered, i baked some chicken. some grease splashed up and in between the inside glass windows. i contacted samsung and they told me to try the steam clean first. which i did multiple times and it didn't come clean. mind you, the rest of the oven was fine. a tech came out and decided they could not replace the door or the entire unit because "something was spilled." grease should never have gotten in between those glass pieces. so here i have a brand new stove that will probably be my last one and have to live with this splattered grease. all of my appliances are samsung and although this is the first issue that i have ever had, it will be my last samsung purchase. customer service did not want to help me at all.

Buttons only work intermittently

when pressing the buttons to turn various features on/off, they quit working. sometimes this means we cannot enter a temp for the oven, can't change the temp of the warming burner, etc. we try to press them and they do not work, so sometimes can't even use the stove. it is brand new.

I bought this about this about 3 months ago and we love it. It cooks very even. It does not have an element. My roasted veggies cooks perfectly. The element in my old oven would always burn my onions. The air fryer is a very good feature and works perfectly. I have no complaints. It's all digital, you can lock the features so that you can wipe off the display on the oven. It has several burners on top of the stove to choose from. They heat up immediately. Easy to clean with the stove top cleaner from Amazon. This is a very good purchase. I even like the different tunes it plays for the timer, temperature, etc.

I bought back in August at local Lowes store. First thing I noticed it didn't have the air fryer basket. But if I bought from local Sams club or Best Buy the same model it comes with air fryer basket. So I had to order one through Samsung and this was ordered first of October and still haven't received it. I keep getting emails saying coming in November then December then January and now it's saying February 18. And also noticed the touch buttons don't work most the time. Talked to Samsung tech about it and he said the membrane needs to replace. Other than that it works awesome.

I'm still learning how to use it, so far love it

This is my first experience with convection & air fry cooking as my old oven was 20 years old and I don't think either existed back then. That said, I'm having fun experimenting with these features. So far, I don't find much use for the Bluetooth feature. I'm a real techie normally but I fail to see the usefulness of Bluetooth. I cannot turn on the oven while I'm out so that it's preheated when I get home, for instance. I'm assuming this is a safety feature and rightly so. (What if I didn't go straight home, for instance, and the oven was on far longer than it should have been?) Also can't do the burners for the same reason, I assume. That said, I love how easy it is to keep the cooktop clean, how quickly the rapid boil actually works, and how quickly convection cooks my food. I cook daily and usually 3x/day, so it sees a lot of use. I took one star off because the air fry basket wasn't included and it's not inexpensive. I paid an additional $50 for it thru Samsung.com.

Not sure how I feel

I bought this Oct. 20, 2021. It is Jan. 3, 2022. The range doesn't come with a user manual. The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.

Amazing!

I bought this stove a few months ago and it is really amazing. My favorite part I'd the air fryer sense my last one went out. I am able to try new foods now. I love this stove!

Very tasteful, modern and convienant

The overall looking appearance is A+++. Set up is not hard and it was delivered very well and carefully by the service providers that work with Samsung. There's a learning curve going from a simple stove to a modern unit with so many utilities. It will take some reading or practice but the functionality is worthwhile.

Do not buy this electric range

i had this electric range less than 3 months and when cooking one day the too just cracked. 3 of the 5 burners have cracks through them. the samsung customer service is awful. it's been 3 weeks since they told me they were refunding my money and still nothing. i am waiting for my refund so i can buy a different stove and it will not be a samsung.

great range, air fryer, and convection oven. cooks great! never had a stove that looked this good. easy to clean, easy to uses. can use from my alexa and or my ap on my phone. i highly reccomend this range!

Perfect Range

I am very happy with this range. The functions are by far much better than my previous range. I am very impressed with the air fry function on this range. I have mostly used the smaller air fryers and really loved them, so I was sort of skeptical with that function on this range seeing as the inside is much much bigger. However I get the same if not better results. Everything comes out crispy. I love the warming center on the range so I can keep my already cooked food warm while cooking the rest. The self clean function is great, and actually does what it is intended to do. I have not tried the dehydrate yet, but from others in my home using it, it seems to work better than any dehydrator I have owned. The ceramic top is very easy to clean, even baked on food comes off with ease. The stainless steel is truly fingerprint proof and also just as easy to clean. I'm not very apt with smart appliances, so I haven't used the smart functions very much, but i do like that it tells me when my oven is preheated and my food is done cooking.

Good range

I had this range for nearly 3 months. It works great and we love all features of the range even though we haven't try all. The only concern which need to improve is the touch screen of the controller. Sometime it's very sensitive as we clean up the surface but when we set up time or clock or work on any function of the oven, it does not response. Other than that, we like its

Fantastic features

I bought the stove back in May and I have been using some of the normal features that are within, however, this past week, I had the curiosity to use the 'Roast' feature to cook a pork loin for a family dinner and I wanted it to come out perfect for my family. It came out tasting incredible and cooked without losing its juices. Thank you, Samsung for this wonderful feature. I will continue to discover new ways of making food more delicious and fresh.
