Cannot power up this washer

less one year of use and i can't even start and power up this machine anymore. i followed the instructions and diagnosed my electricity outlet and circus, they are all fine but i still have no luck of powering on this almost new wash machine, no matter how long i press the power on button, there is nothing, completely dead. i am very disappointed at this point. called samsung and hope their service tech will be able to fix this issue asap, cross my fingers.

i actually did my homework before selecting this washer and dryer. i have never been so disappointed with an appliance and the lack of service as i am with this washer. since it was installed it shakes violently during the spin cycle. the installer said it was fine and the samsung repairman said it was not balanced and it was the installers fault. additionally if the detergent cup is open you open the door at the same time water pours onto the floor. the door doesnt close properly and adds to the banging. samsung wont help me other than to send me links so that i can fix it so im at the mercy of the store where i bought it. its been 4 months now of apprehension and noisy it startles me from across the house noisy clothes washing.

this machine has leaked water since day one. i have owned it now for six weeks have taken two days off of work to wait for repair people and have spent hours on the phone with samsung home depot and the repair place and still do not have any resolution. the machine was delivered to me with bolts missing and a damaged gasket. it pours water out the bottom and sounds like an airplane taking off. samsung refuses to replace the machine or refund my money instead insisting that i take another day off to wait for someone to come out a third time to repair the defective machine they sent me. deeply disappointing and not what i expected from samsung.

We bought this to replace a 15 year old washer that was failing. We liked it because it had simple options as opposed to other models which come with WiFi connectivity and are more complicated for users. This unit is in a rental and ease of use is most important so that we dont have to educate each renter in how to use the appliance

This washer has some good points. Its priced right and does load much faster. The down side is that it does not have as many settings and it has very sensitive senders to turn the machine on. Cant fold closets next to it because if you touch the panel the machine stops.

I bought this recently and really like it. The only change I would recommend is that the on / off not be so sensitive. When I reach for my softener I often turn it on or off by bumping it with my hip. Other than that I am pleased

couldnt wait to buy these loved the color and the style. moved to a new location got new washer and dryer. neither one work right. the washer is so loud it always sounds like it is off balance the cycles do not work correctly. i will never buy this brand again. i have service coming and i hope they can fix. less than 6mths old. they paint also has discolored on the top and i had it covered up so it would not get scratches would love to know how that happens.

I bought a set of washer + dryer my wife happy about it. We went for labor day deals so the price was pretty attractive. It doesnt have the extra features like wifi or delayed start but works as expected and has a nice look. Really like it.

I got this 2 months back and unfortunately water is leaking from door. And the washer is teared. Samsung technician said there is gap in the door after it is closed and said they have replace the door and washer .

The washer is great. The only complaints are that sometimes some articles of clothing get stuck in a weird space between the spinner and the edge where the door closed. Seems like a design flaw to me. But it doesnt happen often. I also dont like the press for 3 sec buttons.

I got the washer and dryer at the end of may 2020. The washing machine started acting up 9/10/2020 and is still not fixed. Have had nothing but issues and the run around with Samsung about getting this issue resolved.

i was a little skeptical about purchasing a samsung washer but my ge washer gave out after 7 years. i purchased this specific model .. worked great and not even a whole 3 months later it just stopped working. . i purchased in september from home depot and it is now november and it just doesnt power on .. this is really irritating because like i said not even a whole 3 months and its already giving me a headache... now i do call in because of the warranty and a service guy comes and checks it out super nice dude but he tells me that he has to order the part to get it fixed ... so now i have to wait until the part comes in and then they come in and fix it and i have to only hope it doesnt give me more issues.
