Topline is A+. After a very bad experience with both sales and service at Appliance Direct, I went to Topline. What a difference. The prices were better, the choices were better, and the sales staff was great. When the stacked GE washer was delivered, they were courteous, friendly, and professional in every way. They were careful in installing it and made sure it was working when they left. The first wash I did, it made an odd noise, but when I called them, they assured me that GE would take care of it, which they did. They treated me like my business was important to them, from the sales staff to the installers, it was an overall good experience. Avoid Appliance Direct at all costs, Topline is a far better choice.

Instead of feeling like I was dealing with a salesman… It was more like talking to a friend or consultant. I never even had to step foot in the store. I was in the melbourne store two saturdays ago just to browse and get an idea of what i was looking for and get some info on brands and prices, I am still a few months out before my new house is done i figured id be buying in about a month or 2. The salesman there his name was Mark Bacon approached me and greeted me and asked if i had any questions and to be honest i was kind of cold to him at first because lets face it most salesman can be pushy and hover so i said no i was just browsing. He came by a few min later and checked on me and i had a few questions for him and i must say boy was i wrong about him he answered all my questions and i let my guard down in less than 2 min and we were laughing while he gave me more information on some stuff i was looking at. Only if all sales people were like him. I liked him so much that i went to merritt island to get some final options on all 6 appliances. i am going to finalize my purchase on friday with him in melbourne. Im going to send everyone i know to him ive never felt so comfortable with a salesman before. Topline you have yourself a top notch guy and mark make sure you hold onto him

Very impressed with this company. I needed a washing machine quickly. Went to Home Depot and they could not get one delivered for 10 days! Called Topline and they had the same one in stock with delivery in 3 days! Wes was extremely helpful and made my purchase quick and easy over the phone. We recently bought 2 appliances and a mattress from Topline; We worked mostly with Jeff, a salesman and he was a delight to work with. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars was because of the rudeness and forgetfulness of one of their sales employees. I don't remember his name but he'll know who he is. On the other side of the coin. my purchases were delivered as promised and installed professionally. The crew that delivered our mattress and stove were top notch. Pleasant, hard working, willing to help in any way. We were almost sad to see them leave. If we need a future appliance, Topline will be the first place we go.

Stove broke down Sunday AM. After determining Home Depot & Lowes would have to order & deliver decided to look further. We checked Jetsons first to find they are closed on Sunday. Googled Melbourne appliances found Appliance Direct and Topline. Went to Appliance Direct and they wanted over $1,000 for the white model we wanted. Moved on to Topline to find amazing service first. We bought a top loading washer at a very fair price and arranged to have it delivered. We were told we would receive a phone call the day before, giving us a delivery time range, and another call when the techs were on their way - both calls were made. Nico and Daniel did the actual delivery and set up, and they were professional, friendly, and fast. They also hauled away the old washer as part of the service. This is our second appliance purchased from Topline, and we continue to be happy with the company and the service we've received.

We purchased a GE refrigerator on the 11th of November. Our salesman, Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He wrote up our order and arranged delivery for the 16th. JD and Doug arrived at the appointed time and worked diligently to get our old refrigerator removed and install the new refrigerator.. Getting the old out and the new one in proved very challenging as it barely fit thru the front door because the door could not open fully as a wall stopped it. They ended up removing the handles off both refrigerators and removing the front door as well. After completing the switching out of the refrigerators, they quickly cleaned up and explained the timeframe for the frig to cool down before I put food back in. All three of them, Jeff, JD and Doug were nice, pleasant and very friendly. I thoroughly recommend Topline for all appliance needs.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and selection of appliances at Topline Appliance. We purchased a matching washer and dryer pair and an above the stove microwave, too. Harold, our salesman knowledgeably answered all our questions about the various features and operation instructions until we narrowed down our selections. He was extremely courteous and always professional in his demeanor. Just before the conclusion of the transaction, Harold inquired if my husband had served in the military which would qualify us for a 5% discount on our purchase and allowed us time to go home to pick up the required paperwork to qualify for the discount. I was looking for a white dishwasher in a world filled with stainless steel. It was proving to be extremely difficult to find unless I wanted a low-end machine or to wait almost 6 months. I stopped in to Topline off US192 in West Melbourne and it was the best experience. Harold was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They had white dishwashers in stock and at good prices. Don’t buy anywhere else! Drop the big box guys and head over to Topline! Had a million questions, Sale guy was patient and very knowledgeable! We went back and forth on brands and features for over an hour and he stayed right there with us. Turns out our sales guy was the owner!! Who’s does that. We had to replace a wall oven that was a fire hazard. The staff at Topline were really helpful in helping us with picking out a replacement oven. They went out of their way to check out the dimensions of the cutout to ensure the replacement oven would fit. I had the misfortune of acquiring a General Electric washer three years ago, a piece of junk from a big box store. Frustrating. After getting the "idiots treatment" on hold and spending hours on hold at GE I decided quality was the real bargain. My poor housekeeper was ready to quit, I decided to buy a washer from a independent appliance retailer. Research indicated SPEEED QUEEN (Made not assembled) in America was going to replace my GE.Neil pointed out the SPEED QUEEN model I was wishing to buy, his product knowledge was impressive. Got a nice price being a scratch & dent; damage was cosmetic at the rear of the machine. The delivery guys were VERY prompt and courteous.You folks have a customer for life!

Started online went to texting back and forth and when I entered the store the same person helped me finish buying the product. The product was in stock and they loaded it into my truck within minutes. By two days later I was cooking again...and two days after that was thanksgiving. The product did what I needed it to do. Well there was good and bad! As far as price, delivery and install all was great. I purchased a Kitchen Appliance package, Refrigerator, Stove, above range microwave and a dishwasher. Up front our salesman told us Refrigerator would be back ordered. Had range delivered and had Microwave and Dishwasher installed and all went great. At 4weeks we called about Refrigerator and time to get it would be additional 3 weeks. After 3 weeks we called again, this time we were told at least 3 to 4 more weeks but they couldn't guarantee that either. We waited almost 7 weeks all together but we needed the refrigerator ours was dying! Had to get a refund for the Refrigerator and went to a big box store, purchased the same refrigerator on Saturday, and delivered on Monday. I know Top Line has no control over deliveries but I wasn't real happy about the excessive wait.

I called Toplne to make sure they had freezers in stock because the one I purchased at a big box store called three days before delivery to tell me it would be another 3 months; I had already waited 4 months. I was thrilled with the purchase & delivery time & Harold was a very helpful salesman; but when my freezer was delivered it didn't work and we had to call for service on a brand new chest freezer. Not knowing where the lack of quality inspection/control broke down I can not give a 5 star review. It only took a week to replace the compressor but Topline assured me that if it couldn't be fixed they would replace my freezer. The one I have isn't in stock anymore but they offered another slightly smaller one in it's place instead of having me wait months for the right size.

Had just what fridge I needed and the price was great and the sales staff was excellent and courteous. Just bought Frigidaire fridge today and all good so far. Last fridge was bought at a big box store but was stainless steel 18 cu had problems from day 1 and lasted 8 years so this is white and same manufacturer. Is way more quiet than other and bought extended warranty this time. Would definetly recommend them for all your appliance needs. I will definetly return for future needs. My sister bought a freezer and is very happy a while back. Thank you

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a good deal on a fridge from a non-standard brand name. The delivery team was excellent.My only complaint would be that the staff in the store do not wear masks. In the height of the largest pandemic in over 100 years this store has decided that masks are optional. For some reason they feel that they know better than the world's scientific community. My wife and I were wearing our masks and the salesman approached - closer than 6 feet without a mask on - and let us know that masks were optional in their store. The most annoying thing was they kept coming close to us instead of staying socially distant. Thankfully we were able to complete the purchase over the phone so we did not need to enter the store again.

The company has a large number of quality appliances in-stock and available for immediate purchase- including freezers! The prices are comparable if not below Big Box stores or online vendors. The overall purchasing process was easy and not pushy. Our salesman did an excellent job explaining the features of the models we looked and was very knowledgeable of the freezer we bought. Free local delivery was certainly a plus!Delivery scheduling was taken care of at the store and we only had to wait a few days (3) to get our new appliance. The driver notified us he was about 15 mins out, arrived on time, unboxed and verified our item had no damage. Then he moved it into the area we requested and removed all of the packing materials. Overall, the experience was flawless and I would certainly purchase here again.

They helped me measure the machines to assure they would fit. They never tried to sell me something I couldn't afford. Both appliances were delivered 2 and 5 days from purchase. We have been there recently for 2 appliances. We got a scratch and dent refrigerator that was about 40% of what Lowe's had for the same model. You can barely tell any part of if is scratched. We got it delivered in a few days. Lowes said it would be weeks due to back order etc. At Topline Appliance, you are looking at the actual appliance you will be getting. It doesnt have to get shipped from China like every place else. Sales guys are very friendly & knowledgable. It is now my Go-To olace for appliances.

Our oven went out 3 days before Thanksgiving, and in the middle of all of the COVID delays. I checked literally every big box store and nobody could get me an oven before Thanksgiving.I called Topline and Harold was incredibly helpful. He got me the model I wanted, worked with me to find a scratch and dent one (the scratch doesn't show) and got it delivered and the old one hauled away all the day before Thanksgiving.Better still, I wasn't even in town when it happened, and they were able to coordinate with me via text and get it all set up and taken care of. My fridge is getting old, and I know exactly where I'm going to go to buy that! Thanks Harold, thanks Topline, you really listened and understood that no oven on Thanksgiving is a huge issue!

Comfortable environment, not overselling and allowed me to come in and request the product I wanted to see. Started online went to texting back and forth and when I entered the store the same person helped me finish buying the product. The product was in stock and they loaded it into my truck within minutes. By two days later I was cooking again...and two days after that was thanksgiving. The product did what I needed it to do. I have found an issue with the oven and I will be testing the service plan I purchased...look back later for a continued review.

We actually upgraded our freezer from a chest to a stand up unit between the order and deliver. Our only complaint was that there was nothing to buy except Chinese products. We blame China for the deaths of at least 135,000 America. Topline should buy from other nations - hopefully America. When we buy from China we subsidize our our deaths.

Salesman asked me what I wanted and took me there. Was patient and didnt try to rush me in anyway.Showed me the scratch and dent and showed me the new- didnt try to upsell me or veer me to something different. Explained everything calmly and clearly. My mom was home when they delivered and other than my dog being traumatized by the new stove she said they did what they were supposed to do, made sure everything worked and then left.Will definitely be buying from them again.

I have bought 3 items from Topline. I bought a used washer in 2018 and it's still working great, the price was very good and delivery was next day and they took the old one away. I just purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer (for another house) for next day delivery which went perfectly. In store, I have found the sales people very helpful and they ask a lot of questions to show you the appliance with the features you want. After checking Consumer Reports ratings and recommendations, I go to the Topline website for prices, as well as Lowe's and Home Depot and Topline is always a fair price. I have bought from both those stores and the delivery is usually way out and complicated. With Topline, no problems.

We had an excellent experience with Top Line. We bought a stove from this store a few months ago and were very happy with the experience. Because of our positive experience, we went back to buy a refrigerator. We received it in a timely manner and are very happy with it. The only negative thing I have to say refers to the plastic packaging. The delivery man removed some of the exterior plastic but not all the interior plastic. It took quite some time for us to remove it all ourselves. I just felt for the price I paid, they should have removed all the shipping packaging.Would definitely go back there for future purchases.

I went to the "big box stores" and did not get the personal and friendly customer service I received from Topline Appliance. The Topline representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, and knew the products they were selling -- unlike my experience at the two major big box stores where I could never find a representative who was as knowledgeable of the product as the representatives from Topline. Topline matched the price that I found from the product I found at L**** and were able to deliver many weeks earlier. I highly recommend this store. Why not give your business to a local dealer instead of the big box dealers? Makes sense to keep our local businesses thriving. I bought a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer from them and appreciate the excellent customer service and product I received from Topline Appliance.

They gave prices up front and still asked questions to find what exactly what is going to fit your needs.The service was really good! I had a minor problem with the washer I took home. I contact the store and let them know what was happening and figure out my options. After trying a few things and waiting for a time where I would be off work. I returned the washer and echanged it for a bran new until. The store was really graceful and helpful. They offered to repair the washer however I was set to just spend the extra and get a new unit. I sent my dad up here to pick up the unit and he was given zero problems picking up something not in his name and did a dull return and everything. They were very easy to deal with and really took care of me when a problem came up. I can't wait to shop here again.

I was in need of a dishwasher. I had tenants moving in in less than a week and wanted a dishwasher now. I walked into the store and looked around as the salesman was just finishing up with the previous customer. He came right up to me and asked what I needed. I explained to him what I needed and when I needed it. We walked around and found on in the scratch and dent area. It was just what I was looking for. I looked it over and honestly couldn't find any scratches or dents. So I went and paid for it and he had a person help and we loaded it up in my car. The whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. The dishwasher works perfect and tenant are happy. This is the second item I have purchased from Topline Appliance and won't be the last. Also The price of the dishwasher beat the big store prices.

Overall I had a good experience.I got a good deal and used the in house financing . The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the installation guy Bruce... I had to call him and when i did he said he'd follow up the next day...he didnt! He called 2 days later after I called and said he hadn't followed up by that time i decided to do the install on my own. In addition he complained about his health issues although Im empathetic business is business and this company needs to hire prompt and professional installers that provide topline servuce not bottom of the barrel excuses.Because of Bruce I requested my 100.00 installation fee back... watch a youtube video....followed the instructions and installed the OTRM perfectly with some help!!!!!

I was in the market for a washing machine at reasonable cost for our house (2 people). My wonderful repairman said "get a used belt-driven machine" if you want a good machine, little/no repairs or at least easy ones. I remembered someone told me about Toplline (they had a very good experience) so I tried it. Got help from the very knowledgeable salesman who didn't try to push me to buy a new, expensive model. I got a great machine (love it) for $200 and their excellent year-long warranty program for $45 that covers any problems after 30 days (purchase guarantee till then. I've had it about a month now and truly love the machine which works great - I was only hoping for "sort of ok" but so far I'm really pleased with the price/advice/machine. We're moving to another house soon and I'll definitely be going back. What a relief to be able to have a place where the salesperson actually knows about these products - and isn't pushing for the top dollar sale. I never thought of a "used" machine before my repairman mentioned it but the price:value has been very high for me.

Washing Machine breaks - online prices are appealing, but who can wait a week for delivery, or wants to pay excessive shipping charges. Topline has large stock of great brands at prices comparable to online deals. We even found a scratch and dent unit, hardly noticeable to us, for a bigger savings. We left with a new machine and my wife could not be happier! Great staff, and no sales games - they were straight shooters about comparing the features of the different machines.

Got a great deal with Topline Appliance on a scratch & dent GE refrigerator . Great price, great product and delivered within a couple of days of purchase. There was a slight problem with the controls on the fridge but Topline's people arranged a GE service tech to come out and address the problem the very next day (bad plug on the wiring harness from the factory, not Topline's fault). I will definitely be looking at them first for future appliance needs.

I had a very good experience buying a GE refrigerator and an even better experience with who appliance repair person had to come out and adjust the ice maker. While a new refrigerator should not have to be serviced so quickly I was happy that they had such a professional appliance repair person because it is Florida and there are really no reliable appliance services to be found...and I've tried. I dealt with 3 employees none of which were biased against women and that was also a relief. They have old stuff, used stuff, scratch and dent and newer models. Good place if you're on a budget and you just need something. The whole place has an overwhelming odor though.

Highly recommend Topline! We recently purchased a washer and dryer for our condo. The sales rep at the store, Harold, was friendly, very helpful and offered a variety of options. The delivery team was prompt and courteous. Our condo is a second floor walkup. They efficiently removed our old machines and installed the new appliances.

Another great review!
We were looking for a scratch and dent stove, they had the largest selection and a great price. They delivered the next day and took away the old one. The salesman that helped us offered they usual add-ons but didn't pressure us.

I needed a new fridge and Harold was kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the appliances I was interested in and even managed to get my delivery to me 1 or 2 days ahead of schedule! That was a real blessing, since I had just gone grocery shopping just before the old one died! It would have been a long inconvenience to find temporary homes for all our food :) The delivery guys were great too. They were very quick, didn't take apart the house to get it in and even took my old appliance out!! You don't realize how many homes they go into and they have to figure out how to get in and out effectively and still make their scheduled other deliveries! Good job, Gentlemen!!

Bought a used washing machine and the year-long warranty - at a very fair price. The machine works better than my lat 3 machines did new. Excellent salesman who didn't try to upsell me. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be going back soon when we move into a new house. Finding a salesperson who actually KNOWS the products (or even the general appliance!) is so rare these days. And - machine was delivered next day, they took away my previous machine, and tested the new one before leaving. Really happy with delivery guys and the whole experience. I had never been in this store before but hear a neighbor talking about it in a really positive way.

Bought a GE French door refrigerator from Jim. Satisfied with the price. We looked at several models and manufacturers. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He didn't try to steer us in any direction...just gave us the facts and let us choose. Incidentally, his data matched my own research.This is the second appliance we've bought from him.Installers were professional. They could not get water out of the door dispenser and a tech came out 2 days later...also professional. He found a couple of issues with the thru-the-toor dispenser and ordered new parts. Will update this review after all issues are resolved.

I spoke with Jim over the phone and he quickly provided me with an accurate scratch and dent description of the appliance that I wanted to purchase. He held the appliance for me for a couple of hours so that I could drive from Orlando to look at it. It was exactly as he described. If you need an appliance and want a store that does what they say they're going to do - then head to Topline in West Melbourne! No pressure sales, wide variety of new, scratch n' dent and reconditioned appliances to choose from. Next day delivery with a 2 hour window and a phone call 20 minutes before arrival! I was impressed and will be back for my next purchase.

We had a great experience with Topline Appliance & Mattress. We worked with Jim, who was very knowledgeable about all of the different brands of appliances. We ended up purchasing a GE french door refrigerator from the scratch and dent department. Our refrigerator had some scratches on the side that are hidden by the cabinet, and a few small blemishes that are barely noticeable. We save a significant amount of money and ended up getting a refrigerator we wouldn't otherwise have been able to afford. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that it would be nice to have been given a window for delivery up to 24-48 hours in advance. We were given a delivery date, but didn't know the time until 6pm the evening before. Delivery was on time, and everything was set up to our satisfaction. We will be back when we are ready to replace our other appliances.

Excellent selection and great customer service. The Thor Kitchen 48" is a fantastic alternative to higher priced appliances with similar configurations. Could not be any happier with the LG dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave and the GE washer (with agitator)/dryer combo cannot be matched. Saved a ton versus contractor's recommendations with a great, friendly staff, including their delivery team.This store really lives up to their total satisfaction guarantee. Came to Topline today after a very bad experience at a big name chain store, their name rhymes with 'Blowes'. I was pleasantly surprised. Jim was very kind, honest, knowledgeable, and quick (unlike the service at other said place). We found exactly what we wanted (dishwasher, range, and fridge) for better prices, cheaper deliver (and same day!), better warranty, and better financing options! Not to mention we were in and out of the store in about 30-45 min. Absolutely superb experience at Topline, compared to the hours I spent at other store only to wait an entire week and still no delivery AND to be told the day my delivery was supposed to come that my order was all messed up and wouldn't be coming. Dont go to the big chain place, GO TO TOPLINE!!!!!!!! I will be back for my microwave very soon =) Thank you.

Bought a brand new LG washer and dryer along with a Frigidaire refrigerator from the scratch and dent section 3 weeks back. The units were delivered 2 weeks ago. A week after receiving the delivery, I and my wife noticed the refrigerator was 20-25 degrees warmer then it should have been (we actually put thermometers in the fridge/freezer). We called them up in the late afternoon and explained the problem. A man named "Tiny" took our info and said he would pass it on to the person who takes care of service requests in the morning. "Tiny" actually called us back the next day after talking with the service person and offered to exchange the fridge with a new one. They even offered to delivery it and pick up the old one even though I believe they only deliver new appliances for free (or orders over a certain $ amount). My wife went in that same day they called and picked out a replacement. They delivered it the next day. I waited to write this review until I knew everything was working and any problems I had were solved. I very much appreciated how quickly they fixed the one problem I had. I had a great experience in store when I first went as well. Their employees were pleasant and helpful. Their prices are competitive or better then the big name box stores. Their scratch and dent selection is superb and very reasonably priced. Very happy overall with the experience and will definitely shop there again for future appliances.
